Germany’s energy regulator probes insider trading claims

Germany’s energy regulator – the Federal Network Agency – is scrutinising allegations of insider trading in the country’s power market first reported by Montel in June. The allegations relate to a confidential signal grid operators provide to select companies to keep power networks in balance.
